Maryellen Towle is the founder of KaiZen Coaching & Talent Development. Her company, in business for over 7 years, has been helping top performers and managers make the shift from achiever to leader. This has earned Maryellen the titles of:

Her training (a Masters degree in education from Suffolk University and Certification as a Professional Coach from the College of Executive Coaching) is enhanced by two decades of real-world experience in broadcast sales management in Boston, Houston, Miami and Seattle.

A graduate of the Gallup Organization’s Leadership Institute, Maryellen is a Certified XC Insights Profiler & holds the titles of Target Training International Behavioral, Values and DNA Analyst. She is qualified to deliver and interpret the TriMetrix Benchmarking and Personal Talent and Skills Inventory Assessments.
